Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi everyone in blog land! It is the day before Thanksgiving! What is everyone doing? I am going to my families house! I love it there! This year I am making mashed potatoes! So I bought a ton of them! I can't wait to hang out with everyone! The next day Steven's Mom, his sister Kim her daughter Bella are coming from California. I have to say I am kinda nervous.I have not seen his mom for years! I can't wait to see Kim and my niece!

This past weekend was kind of rough! I had a feeling to check my paypal account and noticed some things on there that we did not buy! $1300 worth of stuff from our account!!!!!! It was happening that day! I am so happy I had the feeling to check it! When the guy from paypal was fixing it he said the guy was still in my account trying to buy stuff! The guy was from pakistan! I was in tears all morning! We are still dealing with it cause more stuff came out today from an old account that we have at the bank!! So we got overdraft charges cause we don't keep money in that account! The guy was able to get my password from a keystroke virus! So everyone make sure you check your accounts! If it could happen to me it could happen to anyone!!

Well, I hope everyone has a fabulous Thanksgiving!! I am not going to eat anything before dinner so I can stuff myself with turkey!! LOL!!

Decorating for Christmas!

Hi! This weekend was really fun! We started decorating for Christmas! I think that decorating this early just means we get to enjoy the spirit of Christmas longer! Digging everything out and putting it up just to have to take it down a few weeks later just does not make sense to me. Plus, both boys had nothing going on this weekend so we all got to work on decorating together! This might be the last year Eric helps us for a while since he will be in college next year! :( We have one tree in our living room and one in the front room of the house. We put one there too because we like to see it when we come home. I know it is silly but it is something we do. Both trees have ornaments that mean something to us. The tree in the front room has ornaments that we get engraved every year. I have been doing this since I was a little girl. So we have a lot of them! We also put snowflakes on it. The kids and I cut out the snowflakes. It is just something fun to do! The tree in the living room has ornaments that we paint or the kids have created in school. I love those! It is funny to see the ornaments that they painted when they were really little. And the ones from school have their pictures on them. It is so fun to see how much they change every year! I will try to put pics up of our tree. But the printer that uploads all my pics broke down so I need to figure something out!

What a great day! I am actually sick today with an earache and laryngitis! I hate feeling sick! I had a few errands to run today and I came home to rest before picking up the kids. I decided to check a few of my favorite blogs and I saw on one them that I won a contest!!! It was at Some of This and Some of That!

I can't believe it is November!

WOW! Time has passed so quickly! Christmas is next month! It is almost half way through the school year too! Halloween was so much fun! We never passed out candy from our house so we decided we would do that this year! I decorated the front yard and Kalob dressed up as Edward from Twilight. He wore a shirt that said "What if I'm not the hero?" on the front and on the back it said "What if I'm the bad guy?" I also did his face and hair like Edward's! He loved it! He had so much fun passing out candy too! Steven took him Trick or Treating for a few blocks. Eric had some friends do his makeup and he went to a party as Joker from Batman. His makeup looked awesome! It was a great night! But we have way too much candy left over! lol! That Saturday Eric was accepted to the school he wants to go to! WOOHOO! I am so happy for him! He has been working so hard to get where he is now! Now we just need to see if he gets into the honors college! Yesterday I voted! I am so happy with how things turned out! I left the polling place so happy! I did not grow up with parents that ever voted! I never knew how important it was! But when Eric was 12 he was already learning all about politics and he got me so interested! The last election was the first time I ever voted! I now know how very important it is and I will be voting everytime now! Kalob is trying out new hip hop classes. The place he goes to right now changed teachers and the other kids in class don't listen at all and Kalob hates it now! Kalob just wants to learn and when the teacher takes so much time telling the kids to calm down it takes away from the learning. Kalob tried another class last week and he said it was just ok. Tonight I am taking him to another place that sounds like a lot of fun! I just want him to be happy! The only thing I don't like is that the class is Wednesdays instead of Fridays. This weekend I have Super Saturday at Lani's ward. I am so excited! It seems like forever since I have seen her! We have so much fun hanging out and I want to learn some card making tips from her too!
